Policies on the Collection, Use and Handling of Personal Information

Consequently, we are committed to safeguarding personal information, in accordance with the policies described below.

When customers use Internet and "Contacts" for inquiries, there may be a case that we may ask about their personal information with our prior notice of our purposes.

We will use personal information only within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use such as delivery and recovery of the products and our services including Name, Address and Telephone Numbers, provided by customers. We only use personal information within CONTINENTAL HOLDINGS, INC. Except where permitted or required by law, we will not provide personal information to a third party without the prior consent of the individual(s) concerned. In case of protecting, legal matters, life, health and property of customers, we may use personal information as variance.

If there is a request to disclose own personal information from customers, we will disclose it without delay, after completion of checking identity, except when it causes a significant adverse effect on our business or it damages personal life, health or property.

There will be a case of notifying beneficial information such as products and services to customers by way of E-mail, Telephone and Post Mail.
We will cancel those handling by having received your proposal of suspending in a format that we specify otherwise.


Policies on the Handling of Personal Information

In order to ensure accuracy and safety of personal information, we will appointed Chief Administrator of personal information in each handling departments, and we prevent unauthorized access to personal information, loss of personal information, destruction, falsification, and leakage, using measures from both sides of the management organizational structure and information and communication technology.

In addition to establish the internal organization to handle personal information protection, managed by Chief Administrator of personal infomation protection and we will promote internal rules and handling rules of personal information protection.

We will organize the regular basis education and training programs, not only for employee but also dispatch and part-time employees. We will appoint Chief operator of education and training programs.

As for customer inquiries, in order to realize our better services, we, CONTINENTAL HOLDINGS, INC. will use information.
However, we do not disclose any information about your inquiries to the third party, except when we need to protect legal or customer's personal life, health and property.


Policies on compliance with the Code and other laws and regulations in relation to the personal information

Correctly recognizes the importance of protecting personal information, all employees will comply with norms and related organizations government agencies and other laws and regulations were established, and guidelines.

We require to the contractors the equivalent level of safety management measures.
In regard to the rules to obtain the personal information, to use the personal information and to provide the personal information to the third party, we will set the rules for disclosure of the personal information, correction, delete and discontinue of usage. We will comply with the personal information protection law.


About continuous improvement of Compliance Program

We will keep personal information accurate and up-to-date and manage collected information properly. In addition, we will implement all necessary and reasonable information security measures to prevent such risks to personal information, such as loss, alteration and leaks.

We will draw up a compliance program to protect personal information and thereby achieve our policies on safeguarding personal information. Furthermore, we will ensure a thorough understanding of these policies in-house through seminars and training and maintain an optimum environment for compliance through continuous improvements to the program.
